What I like about Daily Harvest is that it creates convenience in healthy eating while allowing some flexibility. However, I also realize the need for convenience to maintain a healthy lifestyle, especially during busy times in our lives. The most concerning is that you won’t make any true lifestyle change, and when you don’t want to spend the money anymore or get sick of the food, you stop ordering, and it’s over.
